Do you want to live with your parents?

Yesterday, my daugter who is now 23, agrued with me, she wants me to let her visit other countries alone, she thinks I am too protective with her. Like you she wants freedom and independence.I don't blame children for this, because this is something which one realises only when he/she becomes a parent. It is the best moment of any mother, when she gets her baby in her hands. Parents shower all their happiness on children. They make so many sacrifices for children, just to see them similing. They accept their child with all plus and minus points without any discrimmination, all that they know is that this is the best gift from god that they have. Children also love parents, but as they come to the age of teens, their thinking changes, they think they will be more happy without parents.....but I have seen those children who have seperated themselves from their parents are always missing those good days, those memories of childhood when they were pampered by thier parents. EVery parent is deeply hurt when children want to seperate from them. But as parents are always making sacrifices, they will let their children have their way because all that parents want is happiness of children. But let me also tell you, if parents are interfering in personal life of children and causing unnecessary problems, if they are dominating and want to rule child's life, then I would say it is better that children stay seprate. I think best thing is that children stay seperate but keep visiting parents so that both can be happy and help each other in difficult times. After all it is not friends,but blood relations which come to help at difficult phase of your life. The rest is your decision. Do what you think is right for you and your parents.

nop i dont live with my parents, i left the house and started my own business when i was 15. Being independent would help mold your personality. It helps you become brave enough to face the challenges in life. God Bless! :)
