Why do Photos on MY Lot not load?

This is really annoying, as it is the secoind time in the past few days it has happened.
I start a discussion. I find a great photo to go with it.
I load the photo, with subject, description, tags...and check that it is fully loaded.
Then I start the discussion..
I discover that the photo is not there. I have followed all the same processess I have used before sucessfully.
This time I had started a discussion about using gum tree leaves as mulch.
I had a beautiful photo of a large gum tree which I loaded & added.
It's not there.
Why,oh why, do My Lot do this? I haven't got time to load it again, in a different discussion.

i think its aproblem in internet some times it take longer to updata or that something wrong in the upload photos. maybe dont be upset try to upload it again . i wish u cuold soon ... thank u

Not sure why that would occur unless it is one of those glitches that are so common here. The eye candy that was the recent 'gift' would have been better done after the site had smoother running situations. Sorry for your difficulties, I do hope it improves. We can only hope.

I can't say I've ever had this happen to me, my problem is I get a photo ready to go with a discussion and then get so involved or excited about the discussion and hit the 'submit' button forgetting to upload the photo :(

Hello,jennybianca, I also had this experience,sometimes i could not get the picture,the other time the photo ended up in the wrond discussion, i had uploaded a photo of a pizza in a topics about earning which was quite embarassing. Again, they may be the glitches in mylot.

I have this same problem. Now I very rarely use pictures. I thought it was something I was doing wrong but obviously it is a glitch somewhere in mylot.
Email them and see what they say. But I doubt anything will be changed to rectify the problem anytime soon as it seems to only happen occasionally. If you are having constant problems there might be a problem with your account that they could rectify.

I had this problem for weeks. it was really annoying. I quit coming here to mylot for weeks because of it. I emailed mylot 2 times. now it`s all fixed and I am back. I`m not sure what the problem was though. the photos by my interests would not even load. whatever it was I`m glad it is fixed. I hope yours is working now too.

It may happen sometimes because of the problems in internet.
I myself was not able to load a photo for one of my discussions.After trying for some time i got it corrected.Maybe its the problem with mylot or the problem with your service provider.
You just try it again. You will get it corrected.

I just now had the same thing happen.
I've uploaded pictures before so I know I know how to do it.
Must be a glitch that will hopefully be fixed soon :)

Did it load to the point that you saw the picture along with your discussion before the discussion was submitted? I've never had a problem with the pics uploading. Hope things work soon. I have no solution other than try again etc. Then if not again contact mylot.

Jenny Bianca, It would be better you directly contact mylot admin because they must have answer!
Well, this has certain reasons behind it first try to get all and then put as a problem to the mylot.com to handle that out.

I've had trouble with that too. It seems to be hit or miss whether or not the photos will show up. What a waste of time to put in all the information, and then have it disappear. Ive had trouble posting photos with discussions as well as responses, and even had trouble posting a picture to my profile page.

have you not noticed that when you upload a photo and it does not appear there's a note below written in red letters the reason why you can't upload. that warning sign gives you the clue. perhaps your photo is not in .jpeg or .gif forms. formats like .png and .bmp are not accepted by mylot. or why don't you ask mylot about this?
