if you will reject a work with high challenge ?

i will definitely accept that challenge. i believe everything can be learned if we do believe in ourselves, our capabilities. we should not be afraid to learn and try new things. :)

If I was faced with such a situation, I would probably take up the challenge. For the benefit of the company/ boss/ client, if there was a colleague who I know can do a better job than me, I would definitely suggest that person's name. It is upto them to choose that person. Otherwise, I would definitely take it up and give it my best shot!

if i were given a work with high challenge, id accept it and try to do my best because i believe that you will not receive a work that you cannot acomplish.. and with every action, there is a reason, and for every reason there is a purpose.. :)
