Let's face it, not all the times you spend in work are enjoyable. There are moments that we feel that our job is becoming repetitive, dull and boring. And sometimes we may feel that we're becoming a robot, programmed to do certain tasks. On my part, I was lucky that I was able to find a part time job that serves like a breather for me. My 8-5 job as a Recruitment Specialist for a call center is so stressfull, sometimes chaotic. While my part-time online tutorial feels just like as if I'm just chatting with the students. These jobs makes my weekdays tremendously busy. My kids serve as my motivation, when I already feel tired to death, I just count the remaining days before weekend, then i would be spending time with them again. How about you? What motivates you in keeping your job? Do you also find your job repetitive and boring sometimes? Hopefully you're not like this when you are in your workplace.=======
