claustrophobia??

Do you have fear of closed place?? how do you deal with it??

I am not claustrophobic, but because of my weight, I am uncomfortable in small places. I hate to sit on the metro because I am bigger than the seat. I don't like to be cramped in elevators of stores when it is wall to wall people. I couldn't live in highly populated areas like shanghai, etc.
