Are vegetarians as strong as those who take meat??

Meat is important for people to stay strong and have good resistive power towards diseases, they say.How far is this correct??...Are vegetarians as strong as non veggies??Discuss

Everything that is beyond normal is bad. Vegans are having a hard time doing especially if your new to that idea, while on the other hand, people who only eat meat lacks a massive supply of various vitamins and minerals found on veggies. I must say we should have a balance diet.

It's true that meat can give one person energy. But if you don't take exercise and have too much meat, you cannot get stength from it. What you can get is only fat. Vegetarians can also be strong if they take enough other food for energy, like grain, dairy products and nuts. These food are better to people's health. The question is not that meat or vegetables, which one is more important, the most important is that you take various kinds of food to get necessary nutrition.

As long as vegetarians get the nutrients from another source, yes. You can get protein, for example, from nuts instead of meat. You can also take nutritional suppliments or vitamins to round out anything lacking in your diet.
