Salmon is one of those foods that is not only good for you but is also delicious. The trick to preparing it well is to make sure it's moist and that can be done by an easy poaching method. How so, you may ask? Well, that's a good question with more than oneanswer. One simple way is the following: Place a small filet of salmon into a pot that is 1/2 filled with a mixture of chicken broth and tomato sauce. Make sure the fish is covered before you start and place a bay leaf on top of it all. Bring everything to a boil and then shut off the heat. Let the fish cook in the residual heat, which will take about 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filet. This recipe is guaranteed to make your salmon moist and delicious every time you make it. You can also prepare chicken this way. Try it1 You'll like it!
