Do you switch off your alarm and go to sleep in the morning?

Many people i know, including me don't get up early in the morning. The only tool they have is alarm. But the problem with alarm is that when it rings, it is so irritating that they switch it off and start sleeping again. I started a new technique for dealing this problem. I kept alarm at a distance so that its sound is clear, but i had to wake up to switch it off. But dramitacilly, i developed the skill to sleep instead of the sound of alarm. How can i wake up? Do you do similar thing?

yeah very much, i also hate alarm sound in morning, i overcame it in a strange way i don't know if it is right, just two days i wake up with very much stress and had a hot cofee immediately the third day i wake up at the same time without even the alarm bcose my body itself called me up ' wake up , it's the time for cofee' may seem funny, but now i can wake up early in the morning

I am just the opposite. I am a morning person and I antomatically wake up at around half past seven every morning. I do not need an alarm to wake me up unless it is exceptionally early.

I did this today lol. Then I reset it to wake up later. Big mistake I felt horrible when i woke up the second time.

Ya, same problem here. I am so lazy, so lazy that I not only switch alarm , but even not wake up after having two to three bed tea. Then slowly look at the clock. And as usual, I find it 4-5 hrs. late than the time set in the alarm clock. I tried to change my habit. But i don't know why I can't. A friend suggested me a herbal medicine to reduce sleep. That didn't work I tried meditation, that helped reduce quite a small bit. Later I was not satisfied with that as well. If anyone knows, then plz tell me. My whole professional and personal life is being bothered by this habit of sleeping.

Yes I do. One of the things that i hate the most is the alarm in the morning. It is so irritating that i once broke my table watch. Now a days, i do use alarm, but it is soft music, and it makes sleep even better.

yes, i do that. i would set my alarm clock and when it rings i would shut it off and go back to sleep hehehe. my technique is when my alarm rings, i would tell to myself that when i would go bak to sleep i would be late so i would do some exercise to awaken my body and mind. it's a self discipline thing.
