I love fried chicken very much! It love it very crispy and spicy hot! I always eat at fast foods, where they server fried chicken, spicy or not. I just don't eat the skin anymore. It's too fatty for me, and I need to control my intake of fatty food.

erm.. i think fish is better.. that's what the researcher said.. they claim that fish is high in protein. .and it helps to produce and repair brain tissue? thus, making a person not that forgetful.. and even smarter.. do you believe that? that explain why japanese love to eat sushi.. some kind of food with fish... they do eat lots of fish.. and i think it's cheap in their country... chicken on the other hand, contain more cholestrol.. and eating too much lead to heart disease..... don't you think so? i heard someone say eating chicken meat will have side effect in long term.... and it's not a good side effect.. so.. do beware next time when you want to decide which to eat :)

oh yeh, i also forgot to add.
Fish doesn't have diseases so far that are transmitted to humans - besides poisons such as mercury but that's quite little. Chicken can infect you with the bird flu. I think KFC chickens are the worst because they put their chickens in cramped positions and feed them hormones - which can lead to man-boobs.

I believe that fish is better. Scientifically and by taste. The problem is, chicken is more plentiful and cheaper because it is easier to grow and raise - whereas - it would be quite harder to farm fish - and mostly fisherman have to catch fish from the sea - you rarely get farmed fish sold in supermarkets. Fish is healthier for you because of omega 3 - this is good for your brain especially. Look at japanese people - they eat the most fish in the world and look at how they've technologically advanced. These facts i got from statistics from a book.
