what would you do on your first dates?

A lot of us are longing on its first dates and sometimes we feel nervous on it and even if we don't want to ruin it usually first dates are really a disaster... what are your tips on having first dates? Is it okay that both will pay the bill? Or the man should pay all the bill?

I was always just myself on first dates. I figured, why pretend to be something that I'm not. If a man asked me out, I did not pay. Ever. If he expected me to or asked me for my half of the bill, I would just walk out and get a cab. Any man who asks a woman out and then expects her to pay any part of the bill, isn't worth dating. It's a first date, he asked you out, he should pay for the date. Now, if I asked a guy out, I would always try to pay, but most men wouldn't let me.
Pick something fun to do and just be yourself. First dates don't have to be awful.

If he asked me out then he usually pays the bill. I might offer to pay for dinner if he pays for the movies.
Which is usually what I like for a first date. Go to a movie and then you have a conversation starter at dinner.
Even the guys are awkward on a first date, whater you are feeling he usually is too.
My husband was so flustered on our first date that he ran two red lights taking me to the movies!
