I think you guys need to take things slowly. I know that sounds weird since now you're having a baby but it's important that you don't go and get married just because she is pregnant. So many people do that, and it ends up bad. I think you should just stay with her and of course take care of the baby together, and see how things go. But wait to get married until you guys are ready to get married, and are sure that you want to spend the rest of your lives together. It is better to wait, than to get married for the sake of the baby and have it end up bad. Just stay with her and love her and the baby, and see where everything goes.
