Does anyone use Vista? I am still using Windows XP Professional. Anyone knows the difference? Which is better? I think Vista needs a better hardware so that it can run well. This is why I haven't updated my computer to Vista as it will cost a lot of money again:)

I have XP on my computer and Vista on a brand new laptop that was given to me. I LOVE it! I really haven't encountered any problem at all.. I think the majority of problems are coming from those who upgrade to Vista from XP. I would just save up some cash, and buy another computer that already brings Vista to make sure you have enough ram and memory.
I love it, it's very animated and a lot more organized and just a lot prettier than XP is. Has a lot of great features. It's great!

I'm using vista and on my opinion, i would settle for the mean time with Xp. There's a lot of incompatibilities in vista (other applications). Yes you are right, it will cost you too much money and I think there's no big difference on it except the quality of graphics is very good actually (that makes other PC slow down if your not dual core). I still love XP and I'm trying to downgrade to XP because I bought my laptop with vista installed on it (geniune)...

To be blunt Vista is not worth the money. I have to deal with it on this new laptop I had to buy and it is killing me. Treat XP like your youth- Cherish every moment with it and never let it go.

Vista offers nothing extremely exciting and new to me, and and this time it is full of bugs and there are massive problems with software that will run on windows xp but wont run on vista. If i ever do switch to using vista it will not be any time soon because of the restrictions imposed on users, the software compatibility problems, the bugs and the hardware demands.
