Chicken Cordon Bleu

Here is a great easy recipe for this.
Ingredients:
4 4oz chicken breasts
1 package deli sliced ham
4 laughing cow cheese wedges
8 toothpicks
1/2 package shake n bake
cooking spray
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4" thick. Place 2 to 3 slices of ham and 1 wedge of cheese on top. Roll and secure with toothpick. Place edge side down in sprayed baking dish and sprinkle with shake n bake. Bake 35 to 45 mintues.

Thanks for sharing this. It looks easy enough to make, although i have to ask: what is shake and bake? is this the same as dipping the chicken in flour/breadcrumbs? Pardon my ignorance. =)

Yes that is what skane n bake it. lol I was stumped on that one too at first so I too had to ask. It's very easy to make. I hope you try it and like it.
