I really want to learn French but I don't know how to contact someone and how to proceed learning. Can someone suggest me.

Good luck in studying french but have in mind that it is difficult language. I speak some french but I know that it is difficult. So be ready... I hope that you are not afraid from the difficult things. Arent't you?

my first french lesson was on youtube there are lot of videos there that will help you in learning french. Goodluck!

From where are you? If you are in the Philippines, please tell me what city so that i can recommend you some schools.
