How many of you think Garth Brooks should get back to recording and on the road entertaining? He was one of the greatest entertainers around in a long time. I really do miss not seeing him or hearing any new songs from him. I also would just love for him and Trisha to make a CD of love songs.

Well, I think there is a way to do both! There are hundreds of performers, as well as artists, that perform, and still have time to devote to their families! It's just a matter of how you do it! There is also people that don't even perform that don't have time for their families, it's just a matter of doing it or not, no matter what you are doing! I hold Garth Brooks, as one of the great singers,of my generation, and I would love for him and Trish to make a CD together, the fans would love it!

I totally agree with you musicman. Yes, there are some people who are with their families full time and still neglect them. I think that Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are doing a wonderful job of working and raising their family. That is another couple that I admire and love to listen to them together and on their own.

Oh, yes definitely, they both are good artists, and to keep a family together is a demanding trial, and it takes both of them to do it!

I love Garth sooooo much. He has been my favorite since I was little and I can't wait until he goes back out on tour and starts recording again. I will be first in line for the new cd and tickets to the show.

Garth has been my favorite musicical artist and performer since I first heard his voice around eight years old and nothing will ever change that. I think because I am a performer myself (a dancer) I have a bit of a different perspective than your typical fan would. I miss his music and the excitement of a forthcoming new CD or live appearance as much as the next person, however, the decision to continue full out should really be up to him. I would love it if he returned, but it wouldn't be the best thing for Garth Brooks the person at this moment, then it probably wouldn't be right. It should be up to him, not to the fans. I can understand some fans' reasoning that it is possible to raise children while being a full-fledged entertainer, but if he doesn't want to do it that way then that's his perogative and I respect that. JMO. =)

I've seen him in concerts several times- what an entertainer! I bought the special edition DVDs and they are great... I would love to be able to see him in concert again. I still know all the words to all of the songs.

What a lucky person you are to have seen him in concert several times. I was not that lucky, just saw the concerts on TV. He did come here where I live to do one of his free concerts but I did not go, it was freezing cold here and it was outdoors. He almost canceled the concert here but when he saw people camped out in their cars in the freezing cold he said there was no way, he was going to put on his show and as usual it was a good one. He is not only a good singer he is a great performer. I would love to have a special editon DVD set. Where did you get it?
