I am not sure I understand the question. Are you referring to a specific team or country or are you just making a general statement. If it is the latter, then I would say because they have a league of their own and there is no reason why females should want/be allowed to play in the all male football realm. I believe that there are some sports where the sexes should be separate and conquer separately.
