I would have to say Pay pal but I am not basing that on experience. I have not used e-gold. But I read somewhere recently that they are having some serious problems and may end up being shut down. Sorry I don't recall the source just the story.

I have used PayPal several times and have never had any problems with it. I have had just a few dealings with e-gold but not enough to give you much advice on it. I guess I would have to say that PayPal is the better choice.
