when you're sad or feeling blue, what do you do to make you relax?

While I agree that a person passes thro' all emotions,sadness is a negative one and should be quickly overcome.Otherwise one would be lazy,and will be unable to do normal things and become depressive.
Open all posssible windows of your house,brighten your house(and thus your life),hear some happy songs,pray God,read about jokes or see some hunorous scenes,try to be with some friends,who have a happy-go-lucky attitude.
Go out in the fresh air,do some breathing and physical exercises.
A vigorous work out generally removes sadness.

Well I listen to music and it always helps....Well usually the sight of my girl friend also light sme up but if i am sad cos of her then music is the only hope.......

When I feel sad then I prefer to be alone ........listen melodious songs........watch comedy movies...........watch discovery or history channel ............or watch sunset and moon......
