what do you think about free videos on the web?

In the last period I see on the tv news a lot of videos filmed by mobile phones and I observe that all of this videos contain bads behaviour. The question is: why in internet isn't possible to forbid these videos? I think that everyone is free to do what he wants, but I don't like to see that some people use internet just to boast of their behaviours. Today internet is used by million of people of all ages and many of them are boys: I think that internet is a beautiful invention because we can communicate with all the world, but we have to respect everyone. I don't like this type of "reality show" !!!
