What did ya'll think of last nights show? I can't believe that guy was hanging on the side of the boat and then went in. I didn't think they were going to get him out of the water at first. Last nights show was great but then again every week is great.

Awww, I thought it was wonderful. 'Specially how the Captain got all misty-eyed and hugged the guy! You can tell that loss of life on the sea gets to everyone - everyone! I hadn't caught the last of the episode two programs back, when Sig got all teary-eyed, until a few days ago, too. It really hits home that it's a terribly dangerous job that they are all doing, and that every life is precious to them. I sympathize with the crews, especially with their trembling legs after the emergency. It's often rough on those who save lives, too. All that adrenaline makes for very shaky legs afterwards. I used to look forward to Tuesday night for "House" and "Boston Legal", but I'm afraid I'm being weaned of those programs in lieu of watching "Deadliest Catch" and Bear, the ex-Seal survivor guy. I'm continually amazed at the tough lives all those men chose for themselves. It makes me feel quite safe and snug in my home-based business. But I can't wait for the next episode! It's hard waiting all week for them!

I know I was like awww that is so sweet and great that they rescued him. I was not expecting to see him get all teary-eyed but it was still great. I got weaned over to this show the first season and I haven't gone back .lol

Is this a new show or something? It seems interesting and popular.. how long has it been running for? Is it a reality show?

I started getting a bit teary eyed seeing Jonathans reaction to getting that guy on the boat! I was so happy for that guy that they pulled him out and he made it alive, with the challenger going down and everything it was cool to see something good happen out there! And see how karma came back to them - those crab!! Poor Blakey, probably not going to win that bet like he thinks lol.

I thought the same thing about Blake. He really thinks he is going to win that bet. I was hoping that he would but I don't see it happening now. I was sooo glad to see the Time Bandit do so good.

I never thought I would like this show, but find that I look forward to every new episode. My husband will often join me when it is on. What a hard living for these guys to make. You have to have a strong will to do what they do.

I thought last night's show was awesome. I believe that because they had saved that guy's life, they got blessed with all the crab that they were getting. I think that God saw what they had done and poured his blessing on those crabs for them. Awesome... God is good.

For us in the US it's on the Discovery Channel. Here is a link to the site. http://dsc.discovery.com/fansites/deadliestcatch/deadliestcatch.html The show is about the King Crab fishing off of Alaska. I think this is the 3rd season it's been on.

Wow, what an episode! The ending with the guy going overboard was nerve wrecking. The "Time Bandit" sure did a great job rescuing the fisher. Also happy to see that my favorite boat, "The Northwestern", is getting full pots. These guys are doing an incredible job. Think about working for 38 hours straight. It's just unbelievable.
