I would believe that if there were to be a general manager on Raw, he cuold not be a face... he would have to be a heel-type character, or someone completely polarizing (like a Bischoff or McMahon)... that being said, I like one gentleman in particualr, and I know a lot of you are going to disagree with this...
Jonathan Coachman.
It's not a reach, he's already McMahon's lackey. It's be a way to have a McMahon guy there without it actually having to be anyone of the McMahon's... I think, besides Vince, the family isn't made for WWE television. Shane... occasionally.
Coachman would give you a heel that you could hate; it's a figure that you can see guys like Cena and DX feuding with in the near future.
Whatever alignment the GM is, it would more than likely be the opposite of the Champ. Should the WWE decide on a heel champion then we could see an Austin or Foley as the GM to combat with him (maybe Edge, Orton, Umaga)... but we'll see...

I honestly think that sting is in the process of buying into that company to take over the GM position just something that I heard from a website was being talked about alot..austin does not want it and chris jericho isn't mature enough to handle the position that is my opinion...I would like to see sting take over I think it would be alot more fun to watch.

what web site were you reading when you read about sting buying into wwe? i find this strange as he is with tna and they are two separate companies much like wcw and wwf were so why would he come back over to wwe? i would really like to have a gander on this site if you would be so kind as to provide a link that would be great :-)

it would be really awesome to have Austin back and take over as the GM.he definitely knows how to open a can of whoop a$$.he would make the show exciting and gripping.the other who can definitely live uto the expectations of the fans is HHH,the game can team up with shwan and take over as dx with their feud with the McMahons.that can really rock.

i would like to see stephanie mcmahon run raw again, she was doing quite well i think and the general managers are really only for show they don't do much, she's real easy on the eyes, the fans love her and it would give triple H the chance to still wrestle instead of side lining him, i think chris jerico would be too up himself to be honest i was never that keen on him as a wrestler, stone cold would be alright he knows how to raise hell the fans like him and he was the co general manager with eric bischoff so he might be a good person to pick and with his new movie out they may go down that route to pug the movie for a while, the other person tey may put back in might be shane mcmahon he has reappaered on raw so he may be another choice but somehow i don't really think they will go with him.

I believe that Steve Austin would make a great GM and that might be what it needs. I don't watch Raw much anymore as it seems that it just isn't vey goos anymore. I think if Triple H doesn't make a full recovery that he will come into the company as some form of management. He is too much of an icon to not be involved.
