I like Hilary Duff more than Haylie...but mostly because I don't know much about Haylie. Hilary has made movies and made a ton of music, and I don't know much that Haylie has done. Hilary is just more popular. But I don't know who is a better person because I don't know much about Haylie. But they do look very alike...haha but that's pretty much all I could tell you.
