faster to divorce if he agrees or doesn't show up?

I was wondering if it is faster if we have a marital termination agreement where we agree on all issues or is it faster if he just doesn't show up and I go in and win by default. He is willing to do whatever is faster and we have a court date tomorrow. We have a pretty cut and dry divorce with the exception of the kids in that we own no real estate, only 1 car that is mine and been paid off, and he is unemployed. So what's faster? I want out!

I think it will be easier if he agrees too. And it will be more easy for your lawyers to come up with a good report to present to the judge. I hope everything will be better soon for you. Goodluck. (^^,)
