I had a tooth pulled yesterday

This tooth was in my sinus cavity and i had it pulled yesterday. How long do I have to rinse with salt water and how long till i know im safe from getting a dry socket. When should this extraction site be pretty healed so i can eat normal again? Has anyone had a tooth pulled where the root went in to the sinus cavity?

I had the experience of extracting most of them, but still some are there on the show-room site nothing in the store room. In US you get good quality mouthwash,you can use them,but salt with little hot water is ideal, it should heal within a week and don't touch that part with tongue.ok dear
