I mean, do you think that in order to talk to someone, let alone be there friend, they have to be popular? Do you really think popularity is so important and that you may miss out on some very good friendships or realionships due to their poplarity status? I realized soon after I graduated high school that popularity doesn't mean sh*t in the real world. I never have been the sort of person to judge by popularity really, but I know of alot of people who have. Are you one of them? What are your views on popularity?

This is very interesting topic, and I can't give as cut and dry as response as I would like to. For me, I want to be popular, it other words I want to be liked. So I generally do my best to be funny, helpful and as good looking as I possibly can in person. However, I don't really care about popularity when it pretains to other people. Popular or not, I will still try to befriend them and make them smile. I think my own flaw is that I care too much what people think of think, interesting considering I'm a musician and am often in the public eye so to speak. Again, great topic.

Popularity is not important in many ways but it is vital in particular field.Well some people aiming for being popular just to gain glamour for himself and neglect the presence of God.However for democratic countries like Uk,popularity is absolutely important for politicians, this is in order to get the support and voting of the citizens.

popularity truly means nothing in the real world lol, at least not like it did in school! during middle school i was friends with ppl who for some reason become the popular kids in highschool. but then of course we were no longer friends..havent a clue why. popularity never was a big deal to me in school. i usually had my head in a book anyways. i had a small group of friends of course. lol i guess we were a small group of the dorks.lol!
