i dont know if you can download movies from these site, but you can try, i havent tried it myself though. for downloading movies, i use limewire.

oh sorry to ehar that..sometimes that actually depends on the kind of internet your using..it also takes a long time to buffer.

if it is like u tube then u can goto www.keepvid.com n paste the url of the movie u wanna download..
the downloaded movie or clip will in flv format u can play it using flv player or vlc player...

i guess its like you tube..you will see links there, and dailymotion website is the one feeding the movies.
