I want to shave my dog's hair, all of it. Because I the fleas are make me frustrated. But will the hair grow back? Because my dog is a girl, so I don't want to depress her.

Go buy some Advantage or Frontline and put that on her. Shorter hair won't necessarily eliminate the fleas. You have to actually treat the problem.
And in order to totally get rid of the fleas, you also have to treat your carpet and upholstry as well as the grass in your yard. There are flea sprays and powders available at Target or Wal-Mart. You want one that has an insecticide like Permethin in it to kill the fleas, not just a repellent. If you don't treat those three areas- dog, house, yard- you will continue to have fleas year in and year out. They will never go away.
And yes, the hair will grow back, and no, it won't depress her. She's a dog, she doesn't have an emotional attachment to her hair.

I have to agree here. Keep in mind that fleas don't eat hair they are blood sucking parasites. If you don't treat your entire flea problem your dog won't be the only one with them they will get to you and your children also. Yuck.
Perhaps even think about calling an exterminator or maybe if you are renting your landlord can help.
Wish you luck.

Unfortunately I live in asia. So I don't know Advantage or Frontline product. That's why I'm trying to find another alternative. And I have a large yard in my house. That's why it is hard to clean the fleas.

Lol...Good question.....yes the hair will grow back...Have you found strands of dog hair on your carpet or clothes? They fall out and grow back just like us humans do.
Everyone has gave you great advice. The only thing I see missing is that you need to treat your lawn as well. Because if you treat everything but the lawn. The fleas will come back as soon as the dogs go back outside.
Also make sure if someone brings there pet over that they don't have fleas before allowing them in your house or around your pets.

Yes, I'm thankful because so many people cares of my dog. And I want to ask you; how we handle the fleas on the lawn. Can we give it some poison? But then what would happen to the plant?

Yes, the hair definitely grows back. I have a collie and his hair is SO LONG and THICK, he gets very uncomfortable in the summer. So we shave him once a year at the beginning of summer, and it grows back all the way every year. He gets kind of sad for a few days after being shaved, but it'd better than having him get heart stroke over the summer. He gets used to it after a few days anyway, and goes back to his happy old self!

Thanks for the advice. Now I know that it is a common thing to shape the dog. By the way, do you shape the hair from head to tail? Or there are some places that is left behind?
