Depression is one of the most common mental health problems facing people today. While it is only human to experience feelings of sadness, gloominess often, depression occurs when these feelings endure for long periods of time that can be last for several weeks or years. It affects a person's ability to function actively,it makes him/her loose interest in whatever they do.It may be due to various reasons like economical status, inability to achieve a thing, loss of something or someone, ignorance etc... Is it true that there will be a boom in the person's life after he recovers from the period of depression? Have you ever been under depression? kindly post your views on this. Thank you.

Yes, maybe after going through a depression, you feel more released and become happier than before. Coz for me, i don't really know if i am going through a depression or just loneliness. There were times that i am alone here in our house and i tend to be emotional remembering my past. But after i get over on that situation, i am happy again...

Depression is a part of human life. I heard that even the animals, who stay close to human, also suffer from depression. Any man, irrespective of his caste, creed or status suffers from depression in some time or other in his life. Its our mettles, our guts and mental determinations that save us from this bug called depression. All physical ailments start from the suffering of depression. Faith in God, faith in self, positive out look, and fervent faith that it shall too come to pass combined with prayer can help us get rid of depression.
