a good habit from Mylot

I found I get a good habit from Mylot that is I used to type the words only and I don't have to cut and paste always. At first, I found it is so in-convient that I can't cut and paste a word here ,but now I found this feeling is good . Now I can type with higher speed and I use less tranlation tool.
