Help, I hate my bosses!

I have terrible bosses. They accuse, they allegate, they talk sarcastically, and they expect everyone to stay back irrespective of whether the work has been done or not. They spoke really badly to me, and I was so frustrated that I went to my HR and cried about it. The end result was, they called a meeting along with these bosses, and we basically had a session in which they were telling me my faults and how inadequate I was. The guy even had the cheek to ask me 'so, now you'll improve?' I just wanted to break his head. The worst part is, they're accusing me of the wrong things, and blowing little things to look like bigger mistakes. I know its all deliberate, but if I start listing the instances, it'll become an essay. I don't know whom to turn to now, I'm so frustrated, I just can't bear to see their faces every morning! I just don't know what to do. I had gone to the HR hoping that they'll shift me to another division but even that didn't happen. Shifting companies is going to take time, and every day here is a pain. What do I do?!?

Just quit your job. It will probably take time, but just somehow manage to put up with them for that much time, apply everywhere else, and just leave. But understand that the work environment is like that in most places, I wouldn't recommend you to start dreaming that your next job is going to be way better than the current one.

haha.. actually this always happen when you're working outside.. unless you're on your own business.. and you're your own boss.. right? ... sometimes.. if you don't do mistake.. or do very small mistake.. you'll get scolding for nothing..i think i can't accept such allegation and accusation.. it's really pity that you have to face such situation.. have you thought of changing working environment? erm.. but it's better if you can tolerate with your boss.. nowadays, it's very difficult to find a job.. i don't know your country.. but in my country, it's really difficult.. peoples are competing to get a job.. so.. we always have to improve ourself.. i think if you think you gain enough experience.. you can just leave your working place :)
