spongebob or mickey mouse?

these two characters are stuck in my mind... i watch mickey mouse eversince i was a kid. but now, spongebob comes along and makes me laugh all the time. can you help me... i wonder what character has more fans....

spongebob rocks man! but i think some mature adults would prefer mickey cause he's been with the industry ever since.

I love spongebob squarepants. He has a different kind of humor. Mickey mouse has always been a favorite by many.
But spongebob for me has a sense of updated humor, not the traditional, typical, stereo-type kiddie comedy cartoon. Everyone in our house loves him.
