Hello bimal! I am Angel from the Philippines. I have dandruff problems too. I have tried different anti-dandruff shampooes for it but it seems that they do not make an effect with it. I did found Nizoral effective though. I use it at least once a week and during the first couple of days, the itchiness is gone.

I too develop this dandruff problem freqiently.. Try applying lemon on your hair and leave it for sometime then wash it.. Try it several times to get relief..

yes, i also got dandruff problem before, maybe it's because i change my shampoo and the new one doesn't fit my environment on my hair that makes me suffer from dandruff..we need to use the shampoo that makes us comfortable, also we need to go under the sun, it makes our hair dry and dandruff will come out..

I know all about dandruff since I have it and its a big problem. I had so much dandruff that it looked like snow was on my head lol. None of the shampoos worked for me I use to use head and sholders but that didnt work. But my mom finally found a shampoo that works and ever sice I started to use it I dont have a dandruff problem anymore I would tell you the name of it but I forgot it lol.

I wash my hair, on average, every day, or every other day like u. I also have oily skin and hair, so that is why I wash so much. I have heard that it is better to wash less, about once a week even! But I can not do that. With my oily hair, I just can't stand to go more than, at the most 2 days.I have also heard that it is better for your hair to wash it only every other day. I am with you though.

Apply or massage your sculp with apple cider vinegar. Leave it for half hour and then rinse it. Do that twice a week. It will surely smell but your dandruff is gone.

yes bimal10p, I also have an excessive dandruff problem which i have found impossible to treat- its been with me all my life. Every morning which I wake up I find my pillow dirty with bits of hair and dandruff and it just makes me feel really dirty - it makes me too embarrassed to ever find a girlfriend. So, I normally wear a hat or a beanie but whenever I take my hat or beanie off a lot of dandruff falls down and people would very easily notice that I have dandruff. I have heard that dandruff oils do not work at all - the only treatment is shampoo, but apparently there are hundreds of different formulas out there and only one type will work for each different person. The first time I used Head & Shoulders it sort of worked and i immediately felt that my dandruff reduced but then now it doesn't seem to work.

I've tried alot of anti dandruff shampoo with little result. I found some time ago one shampoo that really work on me. Selsen Blue. I don't know if it will work for you, but it's the only one that works for me.

it seems there is no good solution to this problem, for i just meet it as you, in order to get out of it, the only thing for me to do is to wash my hair everyday,so it's not convenient.
