What is the best way to express your feelings to someone whom you like or love.

tell him/her that your love him/her! hug and kiss her is one of the best ways to show that you love the person.

For me the best expression way is to write a letter to my partner, since it could be much freedom to express it in that way. ;) good luck

I think the best way to express your feeling to someone you love is to show your concern to her or just by letting him know that you love him. when your a boy by giving flowers or chocolates or just the things that she likes but when your a girl, cooking for them, texting or calling him to know if he is alright.
