i usually go for a jog. i tried to do it everyday but whenever im home i always find it hard to wake up early in the morning to jog. but when im away for college, i usually go for a jog everyday for at least an hour and half. jogging keeps me fit.

I danc eevery day I prefer it better than working out because dancing moves all your body.

i dont do workouts but i do train a lot, almost everyday. i do train taekwondo and aikido and sometimes, i play basketball and jog if i can find sometime. im just used to exercise everyday. i feel weak everytime i cant exercise. aside from exercise, i also keep an eye on my diet to keep my weight.
