well, for now it's a common thing to say i love u 1st to the boy, but for me i always afraid if he doesn't love me back when i say it 1st :)so i'll wait then.

if he doesn't know?hm...maybe just show him sign that u like or love him. like giving the man attention by asking him if he already his lunch or things like that,hihi...a girl who do not like someone will not bother to ask things like that.if the man love her back then he will show the same attention, but if he doesnt have the same feeling he will ignore and this is can be a sign to a girl that she must look another. well, just my thought..

I think both of them can say first "I love you" or propose. We live a modern era:). But I prefere when the boy does it first.
