which is best: distilled water, mineral water, or purified water?

water, water, water....they come in bottles, cans, dispensers,and so on. but which is which? how does each benefit us humans? what are the differences? which is the best buy?

Personally I like to drink mineral water, it tastes good and usually has the goodness of the spring it comes from. Costs vary so much these days, but when I can I go to a place in the west country of England where I can help myself to spring water straight from the spring itself
