Death due to drunken driving equal to homicide?

Alistair Pereira drove and killed seven people at Carter Road,Mumbai. Thanks to shoddy investigation by police, he got let off on higher charges of reskless driving. I ask you if death caused caused by drunken driving should be treated as a case of homicide.

It has to be treated as homicide.Drink and driving shows his recklessness and his recklessness taken 7 lives.Breaking Law that to knowingly doing things is the worst case.

yes this is the case of a homicide as driver is drove & killed seven people this is not the case of an accident
