How can a person keep away from diseases and become healthy

This is a common problem in every world that people are facing many diseases, fatigue, weakneses. So how can people keep fit themselves and become healthy? if we develop to eat nutritious food, then what items should we eat and how much? Which food items are best veg or non-veg? Pls reply. The right choice and quantity of food, water, exercise etc. makes a person healthy.

it's definitely vegetables! it's nutritious. Staying healthy is pretty much important for us... and by the way keep on smiling.. it'll help you make younger.. ;p God bless!
