how to design a communication plan?

it should include a vision, mission, objectives, strategy, audience analysis and evaluation.

hi busybee thanks for the reply to ma question. About the question i meant a communication plan in line with business communication, because i was given an assingnement to come up with a communication plan for an organisation which is going to promote computer literacy drive in schools aroud the city. izaack
