whats the best pc setup?

With the advent of hardware coming out like pancakes cooking. you have a better choice now of the hardware you want for you computer. the only thing you must look if you are assembling a pc is a ram like 1gb a hard drive with 160gb hard drive and a great motherboard with lots of inputs and most especially a fast processor.

it all depends on what you are going to do on the computer. if you are just an average user, you dont need to get anything fancy. if you are a heavy gamer, you might want something powerful if you are a designer, you want sometihng powerful too, but i would go for a Mac for design. if you want to editvideo, you may want to get a firewire extension if your always on the go, you may want to get a laptop there is many configuration of computers that makes what you wnat to do more proficient. depending on what you get is also dependent on how much you are willing to spend on a computer. i would recommend reading MaximumPC, they are a magazine that specializes on computer hardware and software. you can also go to a Frys Electronics(i dont know if it exists otherwhere else than where i live) BestBuy or any computer related store for information
