how often do u cook spinach?

Raw as a salad or sandwich component is my favourite. Cooking it is tricky, as it can really easily become soggy and unappealing. If you want to cook it, I would tend to whizz it up with cream or yogurt, or even into potato or parsnip.
But it's great stuff, and good for you too :).

i make a paste of spinach with onions and garlic and use it in any vegetable or rice, tastes yummy.

No one in my house will even touch the stuff if it is cooked, wilted or any other method of cooked. But give me a bag of fresh spinach for my salad and everyone will eat it, because they don't realize it is spinach. I think it comes down to what spinach looks like after it is cooked that turns my family off, not the taste.

My family is also fond of salad with spinach with it, i dress it up with ranch to make it more appealing to eat.

In our menu spinach hold an important place. Me and my hubby just lovve spinach. I like to learn new spinach recipies and try it in time. It is a heatly and testy option among green veggies. I cook spinach 3-4 times a week.
