Toilet crisis

Do you find an reachable restroom around the city on your walking? We are not spending a whole afternoon just to find a restroom . Anyway, i think, a city planner isnt foolish enough not to take this into account and the point is that those high wont give it into regular year buget.So we are suffering and bad things spring up.

That is the point i think as it is being a hot topic in my place .The city government are only to expect more economy benefits from this sum of money which should in the first place i think put to the the city total development plan.
