I would think Withdrawl would be a good thing, after the Iraqi government gets its police, and country in order. We do not want to pull them out to soon, or it will be to dangerous. I talked to my friends who are in Iraq, and they feel that they need to stay, and that this is not yet the time to withdrawl, My friend who said this is right in Bagdad.... He says the News and Media is making the situation appear worse than it is, althought it is bad, he says he is seeing dramatica changes, but there is more work that needs to be done... on their part, and he aims to try to finish the job...
Well, even if they have a plan to withdrawl yes, annoucing an exact date or time line, I think would give the enemy power of when the plot to make their moves to attempt a take over... So I do not believe it is smart to announce and exact withdrawl date until the government and country of Iraq is strong enough to handle that threat on their own..
Many Americans want their troops home, because many are anti war to begin with, and felt that these issues could have been handled and resolved in a better way...
