What is your favorite potato recipe or favorite way to make potatoes

I love potatoes! Red potatoes, yukon gold, blue or russian blues, proventos, chieftan, idarose, baby reds, white rose, cascades, russets, gem russets, bakers and more! I could quite literally live on them! Fried, baked, mashed, whipped, french fried, scalloped, broiled, twice baked, jo jos, boiled, thin sliced & deep fried like potato chips, parmesan potatoes, au gratin, anna, steamed, soups and even raw with salt and pepper! So what is your favorite way to do potatoes or your favorite kind and if you have a favorite recipe, I would LOVE to see it. I love my potatoes!

I absolutely love potatoes too!! I think my favorite is also mashed potatoes, but I love pamesan potatoes too, and twice baked potatoes are also really good. I think I could have potatoes at every meal! lol

YUMMMMMMMMMMMM! Sounds really good! I have never used a pesto sauce on twice baked. Yummy, I love new ideas!

I made my own recipe for my favorite Potato.. I Slice it very thin and I fry it..After I eat it,I put Much Cheese and chopped onions..Its very delicious for me!
