If you breed this catfish then what do you do with the babies? I am not familiar with the breeding of fish, but gotta be better than do dogs or cats, which is what I am currently contending with 9, 9 week old puppies in my house .. want one?? I have attached a photo of one for you to make up your mind ...

Let me see...you have a dog, cats...fish..you're beginning to sound like my friend who has a virtual zoo in her house...if I had the room I'd have a lot more pets too...oh, and btw hope you didn't take offense about my remark about catfish in general...sorry

I am going out on a limb and assuming that you have a corydoras catfish. By all means you should have at least 3 corydoras catfish in your tank for them to feel secure. When you go to find more of the corydoras catfish look for some that are nearly as large as yours but maybe not as thick (females will be thicker). Even if yo do not wish to breed her to have babies they should have at least 3 in the tank. If you do decide that you wish to breed her to have babies check with you local fish store and see if they will buy them from you or trade for supplies. I am setting up a fish room so that I can breed fish to make some money with this hobby (a little over 55 years worth of experience).
