I usually fall asleep when I am watching television.Especially when I am tired from work, I will just sit down and relaxed until I will fall asleep.

We normally switch off all instruments before sleep. I fall asleep while hugging him to be more true i cant sleep well without holding him tight in my hands. Its same from his side and we tend to sleep toghether.

I love to read before falling asleep because it helps me. When I can't really go to sleep I try to find about 50 names with the letter A... I know it sounds stupid but I always fall asleep around the 20 and I start again in the next night lol

Well the fan is usually on so I guess I fall asleep to that. Or maybe it could be to my dogs loud breathing he has when he sleeps.
