I live in Brunei. The most expensive petrol you can get cost around USD$0.30 a litre. Great isn't it?

Well, if you are citizens and you study at the local uni, then yes you do get an allowance. That's because most student's parents are retired by the time their kids gets to university. The retirement age here is 55.

Well, I live in USA and gasoline where I live in Arkansas is $2.85 USD per gallon. It is quite expensive. But we all know it is so expensive due to the fact that Bush is an oil tycoon and just keeps raising the price of gasoline so he can get richer and richer.

I'm from the UK and where I am it is £0.91 per litre. This is too expensive. The last time the petrol got to this level, there was a major strike and they had to put the price right down to £0.80, but it's going up very quickly again.
