I think one should always have positive and supportive "self-talk". Unfortunately, we sometimes have "garbage tapes" leftover from various sources that want to play over and over and over. We have to refuse to "listen" to them and replace them with affirmations and self-acceptance.

You're right browneyedgirl. Our thoughts create our reality. If we think we are no good then it affects of who we are. The best thing is to watch our selves with interest, respect, compasion and let go of judgments that don't deserve us.
