1 CLOSE FRIEND or 15 ACQUAINTENCES?????

which would you choose? to have 1 really close good friend or to have 15 decent friends or aquaintences whatever you would call it.

I will choose to have 1 really good close friend. The thing is that 15 or even 100 acquaintances are just strangers when we are in difficulty. 1 good old friend can only help us out. Some one whom we can trust. Some one whom we can rely on. Other people can betray us because of several reaasons but a true friend will never will... As some one aptly said: " In times of difficulty , instead of money its better to have a friend besides you"
