how much is for the import taxes

I bought shirts from china, and i am sending it to Philippines for my friend. It is quite many and when the parcel arrive the custom says, she has to pay for the taxes. Does anyone know here, how much should be the tax to be paid? I don't have idea yet. It is sent via EMS.
